フロマージュとは、フランス語で「チーズ」の意味です。ロールの生地の中には、パルメジャーノ・レッジャーノを使用しています。クリームは乳脂肪をおさえた軽めのホイップクリームに、北海道別海産のマスカルポーネを使いくせのない夏向けのロールに仕上がりました。表面の仕上げは、うらごししたスポンジケーキです。

The fromage is a meaning of "the cheese" in French. In the cloth of the roll, I use パルメジャーノ・レッジャーノ.
